Financial Analyst/Junior Financial Analyst at ClinChoice

ClinChoice is seeking multiple Financial Analysts to join their Finance Shared Service Center in Armenia. The Financial Analyst will report to Associate Director, FP&A and will partner with teams across finance and other departments. This role supports global forecasting, planning, and management reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Performs data extraction from ERP system and basic formatting.
• Performs routine financial data compilation using Excel formula or Power Query.
• Generates management reporting schedules and charts/visualization in Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI.
• Assists in data entry, compilation, and reconciliation in forecasting and budgeting exercise.
• Collaborates with other FP&A team members to drive management reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Conducts ad-hoc data transformation and analysis at the request of management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the schedules of team members in different time zones, primarily U.S. Eastern Time, is required.
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in English required.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and integrity, motivated to solve problems.
• High level of attention to detail and data integrity, and capability to handle complex datasets in an organized manner.
