Job Description

Mitsogo Inc. is seeking a DevOps Lead to manage ongoing projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure streamlined workflows. The DevOps Lead will play a key role in managing ongoing projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring streamlined workflows for optimal performance.

• Leads a team of engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Oversees the development and execution of automation workflows using Ansible and scripting languages.
• Takes charge of cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using AWS services.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions.
• Mentors and guides junior engineers.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex infrastructure and automation issues.
• Ensures that team activities align with strategic goals and maintains best practices.
• Monitors and optimizes system performance, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Contributes to the development and improvement of operational processes.

Requirements:

• 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps-related roles.
• Strong expertise in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• In-depth experience with Ansible.
• Proven experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
