ClinChoice is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a 1-year HYBRID contract in Leiden, Netherlands, working on-site with a leading pharmaceutical partner. The Quality Control Analyst will serve as the Business System Owner for automated production systems within the Bioprocessing Services department, acting as the key link between operations and automation. The analyst will ensure systems remain in a qualified state, managing access, maintenance, data integrity, and audit trails.

The role involves close collaboration with local and global stakeholders, supporting projects such as software updates and improvements while maintaining compliance and minimizing impact on production processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining oversight of system activities and operations.
  • Ensuring systems remain in a qualified state and handling deviations.
  • Managing data and data integrity activities.
  • Supporting projects, such as software updates or improvements.
  • Ensuring a solid business continuity plan for the system.
  • Managing system and data lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education in IT/Automation (BSc or MSc in science/biotechnology/chemistry).
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of Automation/CSV guidelines.
  • Knowledge of cGxP and EHS standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Enthusiastic, independent, innovative, and stress-resistant.
  • Strong collaboration and analytical skills.
  • Quality-minded with a high service level.
  • Ability to take ownership, plan, and structure work.
