Job Description
GOAT Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its warehouse operations team in Hong Kong. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily capacity goals are met and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage fluctuating order volumes and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements, as well as experience in e-commerce operations.

The Role Involves:
  • Identifying and developing operational improvements
  • Working with multiple departments to resolve order and inventory issues
  • Developing and enforcing processes to mitigate operational misses
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Interviewing, hiring, and developing staff
  • Setting daily staffing needs
  • Analyzing trends and behaviors to improve handling flow and customer experience

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations in a management or supervisory role
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
  • Language proficiency: Native level in Cantonese and Mandarin, Business or higher level in English
