iHerb is seeking a Product Manager to focus on the app. The Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution for iHerb's mobile application. The ideal candidate must have experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, mobile apps, or digital products.
Role Involves:
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback.
- Design and implement user-centric features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers.
- Define KPIs and track product initiatives.
- Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior.
- Design and execute A/B tests.
- Optimize conversion rates across the app funnel.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate product vision and priorities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools.
- Proficiency in A/B testing.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
