iHerb is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth strategies across performance marketing channels for the European markets. This hybrid role, requiring 2 days/week in the Amsterdam office, will report to the Director of Global Paid Media and support the Director/General Manager of the European markets. The candidate will own all aspects of the European region’s paid media program, including budget management, media mix determination, campaign performance monitoring, and reporting.

The role involves:

  • Driving paid search, social, display, and video marketing strategies.
  • Developing strategies for eCommerce User App Acquisition.
  • Planning and managing large-scale campaigns on various platforms.
  • Optimizing campaigns to meet iHerb’s goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include:

  • Understanding of performance marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of paid search, social, and display landscape.
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads dashboard, Google Adwords.
  • Deep understanding of customer analytics and attribution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge with Excel.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in paid search, paid social, display and video marketing.
