Marketing Manager - Europe at iHerb

iHerb is seeking a Marketing Manager for Europe to enhance brand awareness and engagement across key European markets. The role involves crafting a clear brand voice and building communities through the company's DTC website and social media channels. This is a fully remote position based in the Netherlands, working closely with the UK-based European team and California HQ.

The Marketing Manager will support various marketing activities, innovate, and test ideas in different markets, managing agencies and being hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand local customer behavior and identify target customer communities.
• Create and execute a social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram.
• Build and manage a strong follower base through organic and paid strategies.
• Design, produce, and curate engaging content for diverse European audiences.
• Analyze channel reports and translate findings into actionable growth tactics.
• Enhance overall brand awareness and improve retention rates.
• Oversee creative and new campaign launches.
• Work with external agencies to manage local marketing execution.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across influencers, social media, and other channels.
• Support and form new partnerships to optimize current marketing activity.

Requirements:

• Experience in building brand engagement through social media.
• Proficiency in using Instagram and TikTok.
• Track record of working with talent, influencers, and content creators.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to steer content ideas.
• Experience in building creator programs and TikTok content.
• Experience working across at least 1-2 European markets.
• Minimum 4-5 years of e-commerce and social media experience in a consumer brand.
• Understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret data.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Degree required.
