Mitsogo is seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, precise, and engaging content, optimizing it for SEO to drive website traffic. The Technical Writer will collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the product marketing team to develop high-quality knowledge base articles. The role involves proofreading for accuracy, ensuring content meets industry standards, and producing documentation tailored to the target audience.

• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the product marketing team.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Producing high-quality documentation.

• 4 - 8 years of technical writing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in literature, communications, or relevant technical field.
• Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
