UI/UX Design Lead

Job Description

Mitsogo, operating through its Hexnode UEM division, is seeking a UI/UX Design Lead. The candidate will lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring the creation of user-friendly and engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Collaborating with other teams.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
