Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Senior Brand Media Manager to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through best-in-class media campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization across various brand media channels. The Senior Brand Media Manager will manage budgets, lead agency partners, and drive reporting on campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize brand media campaigns.
  • Develop allocation of media resources across brand media channels.
  • Own campaigns from end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Drive development of target audience and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication.
  • Manage budget and drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead media agency partner in campaign development and execution.
  • Drive reporting on effectiveness of campaigns and creative.
  • Work closely with data analytics and growth engineering.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in offline and digital media.
  • Deep understanding of paid media and the media industry.
  • Experience leading media agencies.
  • Experience in optimizing media programs.
  • Proven track record of building and executing experimentation plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A deep interest in the latest media developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
