Mitsogo, a global organization, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive company growth and expansion within the US region. Operating in over 100 countries, Hexnode UEM empowers organizations in diverse sectors. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads.
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience.
  • Find new markets and ways to reach existing ones.
  • Build new strategies to increase sales in existing markets.
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnership, and product management teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Work on different shifts according to partner locations/time zones.
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT solution sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional people, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of generating new business leads.
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
