Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across the APAC region. The candidate will work closely with country HR and regional Talent Acquisition head to understand and support local hiring needs. They will also collaborate with line managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and adjust recruitment strategies.
- Role Involves:
- Leading the full recruitment life cycle across all hiring levels for the APAC region.
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience from pre-employment to onboarding.
- Maintaining and updating employee information.
- Managing the overall talent acquisition process.
- Developing and implementing regional Employer Branding and Sourcing strategies.
- Managing regional recruitment databases.
- Assisting in regional HR projects.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional role.
- Experience in working closely with country HR or TA teams.
- Professional proficiency in at least one additional language (Cantonese or Mandarin) is highly preferred.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimum direct supervision.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR People Management Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- MS Office proficiency.
