Senior Product Designer (Argentina) at MaintainX

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to their Asset and Work Intelligence platform. The candidate will be based in Argentina and work in EST hours. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Engineering, Growth, Content, and Sales, to define, analyze, prototype, and deliver designs based on product specifications. The Senior Product Designer will champion user-centric design thinking and maintain a collaborative design process.

What this role involves:

• Working in all Product Initiatives and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Working on end-to-end projects, collaborating on scope definition, analysis, wireframing, prototyping and delivery of usable and delightful designs based on product definitions.
• Presenting work, communicating decision-making processes, and integrating feedback.
• Cultivating the design culture and championing user-centric design.
• Collaborating on defining and documenting the Design System.
• Participating in the development process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Mobile and/or Desktop UX/UI - Product role.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design.
• Good understanding of intuitive design patterns and micro-interactions.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Professional English level for speaking and communicate effectively your ideas.
• Ability to perform in fast paces process.
• Proven track record of designing products that users love.
• Background as a UX/UI - Product Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of design and engineering tools and languages.
• Empathy for customer needs and consideration of technical constraints and business goals.
• Passion for inclusive design and accessibility.
• Flexibility in approach and ability to develop new research methods.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Portfolio of relevant design work.
