Senior Product Designer - Argentina

Job Description

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the development and enhancement of its product. The ideal candidate will be based in Argentina and available to work during EST hours. This role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Engineering, Growth, Content, and Sales, to brainstorm and refine key features with project founders and company leaders.

The Senior Product Designer will manage end-to-end projects, contributing to scope definition, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and the delivery of user-friendly designs based on product specifications. They will present their work effectively, articulate their decision-making process, and integrate feedback from diverse perspectives. This individual will also help foster the design culture within the team and the company, promoting user-centric design thinking and maintaining a collaborative design process.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on product initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Mobile and/or Desktop UX/UI - Product role.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design.
• Good understanding of intuitive design patterns and micro-interactions.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Professional English level for speaking and communicating ideas effectively.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced processes.
• Proven track record of designing products that users love.
• Background as a UX/UI - Product Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of design and engineering tools and languages.
• Empathy for customer needs, with consideration for technical constraints and business goals.
• Passion for inclusive design and accessibility.
• Flexibility and adaptability to challenges.
• Comfort working in a team environment with open exchange of ideas and constructive feedback.
• Portfolio of relevant design work demonstrating involvement and problem-solving skills.
