MaintainX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the development of their asset management and work intelligence platform. The company powers operational excellence for over 10,000 businesses and has raised $104 million in venture capital. This role involves self-management and will evolve with the team's growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, possess excellent aesthetic judgment, and be eager to collaborate within a team.He/She will collaborate on the MaintainX experience, inspire the team, and produce work that consistently raises the bar. The designer's work will ensure clients are delighted with the product.

• Joining a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Defining scope, ideating, prototyping, and delivering designs.
• Participating in the end-to-end development process.
• Presenting work to the team and stakeholders.
• Cultivating the design culture.
• Collaborating on the definition and documentation of the design system.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing and delivering products.
• Understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma).
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Good level of English.
