Implementation Analyst

Job Description

MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join their team in Montreal, Canada. MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. The Implementation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring successful implementations for small customers and driving value from the product.

The Implementation Analyst will work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values and will be responsible for:

• Leading small customers through successful implementations.
• Owning implementation tasks such as data structuring, data migration and product training.
• Assisting customers in identifying ways to get the most value out of the product.
• Leading meetings with client stakeholders.
• Delivering formal training to end-users.
• Providing knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.
• Tracking and communicating client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Participating in multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 0 - 1 years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding or application engineering.
• BEng degree or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing and industrial space is a benefit.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
• Savvy with technology and capacity to become well-versed in our software in a short period of time.
