MaintainX is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join their team in a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart or continue building their career in tech sales. Responsibilities: - Contacting maintenance professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Making 75-100 calls per day.
- Using Outreach and other prospecting tools.
- Discovering how companies manage their maintenance operations.
- Generating opportunities for account executives, leading to new business and revenue.
- Mastering industry and product knowledge for a consultative sales approach.
Requirements: - Must be comfortable making cold calls.
- Desire to understand manufacturing and MaintainX's role.
- Comfortable with fast-paced multitasking.
- Articulate and polished presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Positive, passionate, creative, and smart personality.
- Bonus: Cold calling, experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, startups, CMMS, facility operations software, or remote work.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
