Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Manager of Revenue Enablement to develop and manage post-sales enablement programs. This role will maximize revenue growth from MaintainX's existing customer base. The Manager will equip the Account Manager, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams with the processes, tools, and training necessary to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions within the install base.Reporting to the VP, Revenue Enablement, they will work closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The focus will be on creating scalable, impactful programs that empower the Client Success team to enhance customer retention and unlock expansion opportunities.
- Manage a team of Enablement professionals.
- Develop and manage enablement programs focused on increasing revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align enablement initiatives.
- Create and maintain playbooks, processes, and frameworks.
- Design and deliver enablement sessions.
- Tailor enablement programs for different customer segments.
- Continuously improve and scale the onboarding process.
- Establish and track KPIs.
- Act as the strategic enablement business partner to Client Success leadership.
- Proven management experience in Revenue/GTM Enablement or Customer Success Enablement.
- Expertise in developing playbooks, processes, and training programs.
- Strong track record of enabling customer-facing teams.
- Ability to measure and track success through KPIs.
