MaintainX is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team in Montreal. This is a hybrid position. The representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the company's success. MaintainX offers a supportive environment with coaching and resources to help individuals reach their full potential.Responsibilities:
  • Contact maintenance professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn (75-100 calls daily).
  • Use Outreach and other tools for prospecting.
  • Analyze maintenance operations and recommend services.
  • Generate opportunities for account managers, contributing to new business and revenue.
  • Master industry and product knowledge for consultative sales.
Requirements:
  • Fearless of making cold calls.
  • Desire to understand manufacturing.
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and multitasking.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive, passionate, creative, and intelligent with integrity.
  • Proficient in English.
