Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Value Consultant to drive strategic value engagements with customers throughout their journey. The Value Consultant will collaborate with customer success and account management teams to build and maintain customer-specific business cases, quantifying and measuring value realization.Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing baseline metrics and benchmarking
  • Tracking value realization through performance assessments
  • Leading value engagements and project management
  • Overseeing the value lifecycle from discovery to optimization
  • Understanding industry values and processes
  • Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting
  • A BA degree or higher
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
