Payhawk is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Sofia. This individual will be responsible for lead generation and business opportunities within the CEE market, playing a vital role in the company's overall success. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to develop their sales skills within a high-growth environment.

The Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to the Payhawk platform and cultivating relationships to create pipeline opportunities for the Account Executives.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach methods such as emails, calls, social selling, and events.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing Account Executive team in Sofia to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns, identifying and following up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline for the CEE market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas to continuously improve outreach.
  • Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.
