Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Paris. This role is pivotal in generating new leads and business opportunities within the French market, contributing significantly to Payhawk's ongoing success.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for introducing the Payhawk platform to potential customers, fostering relationships, and driving pipeline opportunities for Account Executives. In this role, the individual will get the tools and coaching needed to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Role Involves:

  • Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive team in Paris to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns, following up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Building a sales pipeline for the French market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas to improve outreach.
  • Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent coverage to exceed monthly targets.
