Job Description
Mitsogo, a global organization, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth and expansion for Hexnode, its enterprise software division. Hexnode operates in over 100 countries and empowers organizations in diverse sectors.He/She will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting market research. Role Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan
  • Identifying and engaging with potential enterprise customers
  • Developing and executing against an assigned quota and territory plan
  • Prospecting, forecasting and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Formulating a compelling annual plan
  • Supporting direct reports in client meetings
  • Cross-functional engagement with various departments
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years in outbound sales in the India region (IT & Security Solution Sales)
  • Master's degree in business or related field
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
