Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Sofia. The engineer will be responsible for delivering entire, highly complex features to production, participating in the software development lifecycle, and collaborating with product managers and designers.

The role involves:

  • Leading the build of new product features and enhancing existing ones.
  • Participating in architecture design and implementation.
  • Collaborating with product managers and designers to capture requirements.
  • Writing scalable, high-performance, and maintainable code.
  • Ensuring code testability, code coverage, continuous integration, and backward compatibility.
  • Participating in code reviews.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced programming experience and knowledge of programming languages and technologies (NodeJs, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud, React, React Native, Apache Kafka, PlantUML).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with agile processes, continuous delivery, and continuous integration.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Integrity and work ethic.
