Payhawk is seeking a Junior Web and Graphic Designer to enhance their Marketing Design Team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital and print mediums, with a focus on improving and designing website pages. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs that align with the brand and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Design Team and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to design and improve website pages.
- Transform content into visually appealing and functional web designs.
- Create responsive designs for a seamless experience across devices.
- Work with the development team to implement designs.
- Contribute to the website design system and page templates.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media visuals and infographics.
- Design print materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Ensure all designs align with Payhawk’s branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in web and/or graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design (UX/UI, responsive design) and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
