Payhawk is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager/Facilities and Reception to maintain a pleasant and efficient work environment in their Sofia office. The Office Manager will handle various administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring high levels of communication, safety, and organizational effectiveness.Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Organize and accept all shipments with couriers.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Point of contact with office vendors.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Address employees' queries regarding office management issues.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Google products.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
