This role involves driving sales team performance, developing customer acquisition strategies, and managing strategic brands. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and have experience in driving client portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales team to deliver sales targets
  • Identify sales process shortfalls and improve efficiency
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new advertising customers
  • Assist in managing strategic brands
  • Coach the advertising sales team to improve their sales skills
  • Recruit and onboard new Sales Specialists
  • Develop promotional material and content
  • Collect feedback from suppliers about the advertising platform

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Client Services
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a Sales Team
  • Experience in establishing sales management processes
  • Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
  • Strong presentation, people management, negotiating, and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
