Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to contribute to their connectivity solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams. The role involves defining and delivering silicon, hardware, and software solutions within the Intelligent Connectivity Platform. This position offers high visibility to the executive team and customers, necessitating strong leadership and communication skills, alongside technical expertise and market insight.

The Senior Principal Product Manager will play a vital role in the success of Astera Labs' Scorpio Smart Fabric Switch portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Own product definition and release.
• Drive product development.
• Lead customer technical engagement.
• Support go-to-market strategies.
• Lead product planning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of AI architectures and high-speed protocols (PCIe required, Ethernet, CXL a plus).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel.
