Sales Recruiter at Motive

Motive is seeking a Sales Recruiter to enhance its sales function by recruiting exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in a SaaS startup or tech environment, managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment, and will possess a passion for building great teams with a strong emphasis on company culture and candidate experience.

What This Role Involves:

• Partnering with recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles and search calibration for Sales teams.
• Conducting high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.
• Building strong talent pipelines to ensure a robust top of the funnel.
• Striving to exceed recruiting KPIs and individual targets consistently.
• Maintaining an active pipeline of candidates for all open roles.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for SaaS/Tech sales recruiting for Go-to-Market and US customers.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• A strong understanding of the recruiting landscape in the PK market.
• A proven ability to establish trust with hiring managers.
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Consistent performance and KPI achievement in a remote environment.
