Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner to join its Enablement Team. The Enablement Team plays a critical role in the strategic implementation of key business initiatives. This role focuses on supporting the Expansion Sales team and ensuring frontline team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.He/She will be responsible for enablement initiatives for Account Executives in the Expansion Sales team, analyzing rep performance, identifying performance gaps, and managing training execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Instructional Design, Content, and Onboarding Teams to achieve objectives and enhance rep performance.Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with Expansion AEs.
  • Monitor performance data to identify gaps.
  • Lead initiatives across the Expansion segment.
  • Create training calendar, roadmap, and competency maps.
  • Design optimal learning experiences.
  • Co-Design, build out and evaluate onboarding program for new Expansion AEs.
  • Define Metrics to measure impact.
  • Coach managers to optimize their team’s performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Enablement, L&D, or Training in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience in Expansion SaaS sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Expertise in building relationships.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s, etc.).
