Motive is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to streamline deal execution and approval processes. The analyst will guide deal strategy, simplify workflows, and act as a subject matter expert for Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Enterprise Systems, Order Management, and Sales Enablement.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a strategic business partner to the sales organization.
- Facilitating deal composition and approvals.
- Holding meetings to strategize on deals.
- Validating deal submissions.
- Optimizing and managing a continuous deal pipeline.
- Evaluating deals with analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of operations experience in a high-growth technology company in Deal Desk.
- Bachelors with a mathematical background.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Expert with Google Sheet.
- Strong communicator.
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ and other sales related systems.
