Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to drive innovation and efficiency within the Sales Operations group. This role involves being a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders, scaling the operations model, and enabling teams to focus on high-impact initiatives.

The role involves:

  • Generating and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Assisting in managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data integrity through quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
