Motive is seeking an Account Executive to help build their sales organization in Mexico. This role involves prospecting and securing new business by establishing strong relationships with potential clients. The Account Executive will work closely with sales leadership to refine sales strategies tailored to the Mexican market. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the Mexico City office.Responsibilities include:
  • Prospecting and winning new business through strong relationships.
  • Achieving KPI targets in a performance-based environment.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to improve sales materials.
  • Providing recommendations based on business needs and negotiating contract terms.
  • Identifying customer issues and driving solutions.
  • Planning to meet business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Understanding market trends to offer consultative insights.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of B2B full-cycle direct sales experience.
  • Experience in building strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage 3 to 6-month sales cycles with annual revenues in the six-figure range.
  • Hunter mentality focused on closing new deals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling into related industries is a plus.
  • Understanding of tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
