Motive is seeking a Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a team responsible for fast-growing accounts. The Commercial Account Managers will own monthly and quarterly revenue targets by expanding and retaining customers. This role involves shaping and scaling a global commercial sales team through coaching and structured processes.

The role is primarily remote, overseeing Commercial Account Managers based in Pakistan (Islamabad or Lahore). Periodic travel will be required for strategic planning and in-person collaboration.

What this role involves:

  • Meeting and exceeding commercial revenue goals.
  • Setting and optimizing pipeline targets.
  • Driving consistent execution of sales methodologies.
  • Guiding the team on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.
  • Implementing and maintaining disciplined pipeline planning.
  • Overseeing the team’s effective use of Motive’s product suite.
  • Coaching Account Managers through regular performance evaluations.
  • Providing leadership with clear forecasts and trend analyses.
  • Supporting demos and negotiating complex deals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of international sales experience (US market preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven success in sales leadership.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures.
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Resourceful mentality, adept at thriving in fast-paced conditions.
