Motive is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to proactively generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a hunter mindset.
The Outbound Sales Development Representative will be at the forefront of Motive's sales strategy. The role involves:
- Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels.
- Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs.
- Clearly articulate the value of Motive's products and services.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
- Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.
Motive requires candidates to have:
- 2+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have
- Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have
