Motive is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise to build its sales organization in Mexico. The role involves prospecting and winning new business by developing relationships with key prospects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a performance-based environment, consistently achieving KPI targets.

The Senior Account Executive will partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks, pitches, and processes. He will provide recommendations based on a prospect’s business needs and negotiate contract terms. Proactively identify customer issues and process blockers, and drive cross functional support to implement best available solutions. Effectively plan, in order to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas. He will deepen understanding of market trends

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the Mexico City office.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B
  • Experience developing strong relationships
  • Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with six-figure deals
  • "Hunter" mentality
  • Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, or related industries (plus)
  • Understanding of tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
