Motive is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Mexico to build its sales organization. The Account Executive will capitalize on Motive's product positioning to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a history of exceeding sales targets.

This is a remote position requiring travel for on-site customer meetings. The role involves prospecting, developing relationships, enhancing sales playbooks, providing recommendations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends.

What this role involves:

  • Prospect and win new business.
  • Achieve KPI targets.
  • Enhance country-specific sales processes.
  • Provide recommendations and negotiate contract terms.
  • Identify customer issues and drive solutions.
  • Plan to meet business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Study market trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B full-cycle direct sales experience.
  • Experience in developing strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage 3 to 6-month sales cycles.
  • Experience with six-figure deals.
  • "Hunter" mentality.
  • Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, etc. (a plus).
  • Understanding of Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
