Motive is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to join their Mexico team and enhance the sales team's effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth. The Senior Sales Engineer will report to the Director of Sales Engineering.This role involves:
- Partnering with Account Executives for calls, demos, POC support, and meetings.
- Providing customized demonstrations of the Motive product.
- Matching customer needs to proposed solutions.
- Becoming an expert on Motive’s competition.
- Working with AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Serving as a liaison between internal organizations.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5+ years in a pre-sales/sales engineering role.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience selling complex solutions.
- Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry (a plus).
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Bachelor's Degree required (Science preferred), MS (a plus).
