Motive is seeking an SMB Account Manager to work with their largest revenue line. The role involves working with SMB customers, who constitute the majority of Motive's customer base. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success, be highly motivated, and possess international exposure to US customers and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong executive relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the SMB customer base.
- Survey prospects to understand their business pain points.
- Demo Motive software and solutions.
- Collaborate with the account team.
- Support contract renewals.
- Resolve problems and implement solutions.
- Meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of Motive's technology platform.
- Study market trends to enable consultative insight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably an overseas degree from US/UK/Canada) and/or in-depth exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
- 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude.
- Leadership and/or management experience.
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
- Best-in-class communication skills.
