Motive is seeking a competitive and driven SMB Outbound Account Executive to work with its largest line of revenue. The Account Executive will focus on engaging with prospective fleet managers and drivers.

The role involves high volume cold calling, prospecting new business and making outbound calls. The Account Executive is expected to have a high volume of outbound calls with a small number of qualified prospects responding.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and prospecting new business.
  • Demo Motive software to prospective clients.
  • Survey prospects to understand pain points.
  • Educate clients about Motive.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Deepen understanding of market trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).
  • Success exceeding quotas and growing a book of business.
  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Independent working style with a data-driven mindset.
  • Best-in-class communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
