Motive is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to focus on outbound sales and work with one of Motive's largest lines of revenue. This role is remote within Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be competitive, driven, and possess strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve. The Commercial Account Executive would be responsible for prospecting and winning new business for Motive.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting and winning new business.
  • Developing strong executive relationships.
  • Surveying prospects to understand pain points.
  • Demoing Motive software.
  • Partnering with account team members.
  • Resolving problems and implementing solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Motive's technology.
  • Studying market trends for consultative insight.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).
  • Proven success with a complex sales motion and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
  • History of working independently.
  • Best-in-class communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or in-depth exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
