Motive is seeking a Manager to lead their Outbound Sales team. This role involves scaling and managing global sales teams to achieve revenue targets by selling technology products and services to businesses. The Manager will oversee the operation and execution of a sales team, ensuring consistent execution of the sales playbook, and aligning CRM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Account Executives
- Set appointment and pipeline targets and ensure consistent execution/accountability
- Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook
- Teach and measure your sales team key responsibilities which include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers and assist in achieving / exceeding quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a pipeline - keep pipeline current
- Deliver Demos & Negotiate deals sourced by the Account executives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Sales leadership (plus), technology/product company preferred
- At least 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably an overseas degree from US/UK/Canada) and/or in-depth exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers
- Proven track record in SaaS sales and demonstrated success with transactions and a short sales cycle in a fast-paced competitive market
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills
- Ability to mentor and hold team accountable for pipeline management
- Self-starter who can take on an ambiguous project and be resourceful to get it done
