Motive is seeking a Manager, SMB Account Management to lead a global team focused on growing existing customer accounts. The role involves scaling and managing the SMB Account Management team, guiding them to achieve revenue targets by selling Motive's products and services. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to Motive's Pakistan offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and exceed bookings and revenue targets.
  • Define appointment and pipeline targets.
  • Drive consistent execution of sales playbook.
  • Coach and measure team effectiveness; prospecting, qualifying and closing sales.
  • Oversee pipeline planning and ensure accurate forecasts.
  • Leverage Motive’s portfolio in sales pursuits.
  • Review calls and coach Account Managers.
  • Track, audit, and forecast business performance.
  • Support demos and negotiate complex deals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in international sales (US market preferred).
  • 2+ years in sales leadership.
  • Proven B2B sales track record.
  • Outstanding contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to enforce pipeline management best practices.
  • Self-starter mindset.
