Motive is seeking a Senior Manager for their SMB Expansion Sales team. This role will be pivotal in driving Motive's largest revenue stream, focusing on SMB customers within the physical economy. The Senior Manager will lead and develop managers who oversee global sales teams, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the sale of technology products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Managers.
  • Establish inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the sales playbook.
  • Deliver sales management training and coaching programs.
  • Teach and measure your sales teams key responsibilities.
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a current pipeline.
  • Share best practices in sales and negotiation skills.
  • Listening to calls and coach Account Executives/Sales Managers.
  • Understand, audit, and forecast business to leadership.


Requirements
  • 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred.
  • 2+ years in Sales leadership (2nd line leadership preferred), technology/product company preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and hold team accountable for pipeline management.
  • Self-starter who can take on an ambiguous project.
