Senior Product Designer - Health

Job Description

Flo Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in London. Flo Health is a digital health app focused on women's health. The company achieved unicorn status in July 2024 and has over 70 million monthly users.

The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of Flo's platform, ensuring it remains user-centric and impactful. This role requires a strong understanding of both interaction and visual design, as well as the ability to use data to inform design decisions.

Role involves:

• Leading design for complex projects, working with cross-functional teams.
• Championing user needs and perspectives throughout the design process.
• Collaborating with researchers and data analysts to shape product direction.
• Evolving design concepts from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Conducting discovery activities and facilitating ideation sessions.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to other designers.
• Contributing to the Design System and Accessibility initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end design processes.
• Passion for designing complex user journeys.
• Experience driving strategy and defining roadmaps with cross-functional peers.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems and A11Y.
• Competence in Figma and common design tools.
