Senior Product Designer (User-Centric & Design Systems)

Job Description

Flo Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to both the User-Centric Stream and the Design System. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and maintain a scalable design system. This role requires someone passionate about user needs and able to switch between UX/UI design and design system management.

Role Involves:

• Designing user-centered experiences.
• Collaborating with researchers and analysts.
• Supporting product managers and design leads.
• Creating and defining design system components.
• Providing documentation and guidelines.
• Ensuring accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
• 2+ years of experience in leading or contributing to a design system.
• Portfolio showcasing product design and design system projects.
• Strong competence in Figma and common design tools.
• Expertise in A11Y.
