Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Vilnius. The company, valued at $1B, is focused on building the next generation of digital health tools.He/She will lead a squad in building privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience. This role involves leading and growing a team of engineers, setting direction, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure systems. The Engineering Manager will also guide architectural decisions, champion engineering quality, and collaborate across disciplines to bring product ideas to life.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• Strong product mindset - you care about the user, not just the stack
