Engineering Manager

Flo, a leading health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Vilnius. This role involves leading a squad focused on building the next generation of privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience. • Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers
• Set direction, ship fast, and own outcomes
• Build systems that are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Guide architecture decisions and unblock delivery
• Champion engineering quality, speed, and autonomy
• Coach the team, including hiring, development, and promotion
• Collaborate across disciplines to turn product ideas into reality

The ideal candidate should have:

• 6+ years of coding experience in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• 4+ years of experience managing engineers and leading teams
• A solid track record of hiring, mentoring, and building inclusive cultures
• A deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• A strong product mindset, focusing on the user
