QA Release Manager

Job Description

Flo Health is seeking a QA Release Manager to ensure smooth content delivery to the Flo app. The company is a unicorn in the women's health tech space, backed by significant investment and boasting millions of users.

The QA Release Manager will be responsible for creating and testing content within the content management tools, ensuring it is delivered to the audience without bugs. They will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and contribute to quality assurance standards.

What this role involves:

• Content delivery management using internal content management tools.
• Manual testing of new features and content within the app.
• Bug detection and reporting in Jira.
• Cross-team communication and assistance in solving issues.
• Working in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer/Manual Tester.
• Technical mindset.
• Experience with Proxy/API tools, SQL tools, and GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of continuous delivery and improvement principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and self-organize.
• English language proficiency.
