Flo, a unicorn company revolutionizing women's health, is seeking a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer to join their team in Vilnius. This role involves creating different products within the Flo ecosystem using modern web technologies.He/she will be responsible for:
- Designing new user-facing features and maintaining existing ones.
- Developing, improving, and maintaining the UI Kit based on Flo’s Design system.
- Designing new functionality with high-quality practices and maintainable code.
- Writing reusable code and libraries with comprehensive documentation.
- Refactoring the current codebase to improve maintainability.
- Continuously developing skills and contributing knowledge to product decisions.
- Participating in the company’s frontend developers group, bringing fresh ideas to improve code, architecture, and the software development process.
- Expert-level knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript with at least 7 years of experience.
- Experience developing, shipping, and maintaining web applications.
- Experience creating single-page applications with rich UI.
- Experience with React.
- Skills in adaptive web design, especially for mobile devices.
- Proficiency in semantic layout techniques.
- Data-driven attitude and experience working with performance metrics.
- An agile mindset and strong teamwork skills.
