Flo Health, the #1 female health app, is seeking a Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their Predictions team in London. This role involves developing state-of-the-art solutions for accurate cycle predictions, utilizing various data points and machine learning techniques. The engineer will focus on menstrual cycle modeling, symptom predictions, and leveraging data from wearable devices.

Role Involves:
• Exploring, developing, and testing complex ML systems.
• Building and validating product hypotheses in a fast-paced environment.
• Improving technical capabilities by researching and implementing state-of-the-art ML solutions.
• Working in a cross-functional setup with engineering, product, and analytics teams.

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms.
• Experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
• Ability to devise creative solutions to intricate technical challenges.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience in building and managing data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark.
