Flo, a leading female health app, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its Core Analytics team. The analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.Flo is experiencing rapid growth, and the Core Analytics team's mission is to provide consistent, timely data, align analytical methods, and enhance data tools.Responsibilities:

• Modeling growth in terms of revenue and users.
• Identifying optimal user segmentation for understanding retention and conversion funnels.
• Presenting findings to peers and leaders, integrating insights into decisions and research.
• Proactively improving BI and data architecture.
• Prioritizing projects for analytics engineers.
• Standardizing methodology for A/B experiments and promoting best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical knowledge.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau.
• Strong presentation skills.
